Danny keeps raising the bar! Gradually, he’s been adding minutes to his HIIT cardio sessions (from 30 minutes, to 95) Check out his previous workouts to see how he’s done it.

Monday 01: 80 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps), 10 minutes stretching; 

Tuesday 02: 90 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (back, biceps & abs) which included 10 sets of chin-ups/pull-ups, 10 minutes stretching; 

Wednesday 03: 92 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (legs, shoulders & abs) and 10 minutes stretching;

Thursday 04: 90 minutes of #HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength (chest & triceps), 10 minutes stretching;

Friday 05: 92 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength (back & bicep) which included 10 sets of chin-ups/pull-ups, 10 minutes stretching; 

Saturday 06: 92 minutes of HIIT cardio done on the real stair-master, 30 minutes strength training (legs & shoulders), 10 minutes stretching;

Sunday 07: 95 minutes of HIIT cardio on the real stair-master, 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps), 10 minutes stretching;
