The weekly routine of Danny Wood’s workout, on the road!

Monday 29: 36 minutes of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (back & biceps) and 10 minutes stretching;

Tuesday 30: 35 minutes of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (legs & shoulders) and 10 minutes stretching; 

Wednesday 01: 35 minutes of #HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10 minutes stretching;

Thursday 02: 35 minutes of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training and 10 minutes stretching; 

Friday 03: 33 minutes of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (back & biceps) and 10 minutes stretching;

Saturday 04: 35 minutes of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (legs, shoulders and abs!) and 10 minutes;

Sunday 05: 36 mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30 minutes of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10 minutes stretching.
