Monday 18: 1stworkout: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training (legs & shoulders) and 10mins stretching. 2ndworkout: 120mins (30 rounds) of boxing and an intense ab routine;

Tuesday 19: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10mins stretching;

Wednesday 20: 1stworkout: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training (back & biceps) and 10mins of stretching; 2ndworkout: 120mins (31 rounds) of boxing training;

Thursday 21: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training (legs & shoulders) and 10mins stretching;

Friday 22: 1stworkout: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training (chest & triceps) and 10mins stretching; 2ndworkout: 130mins (33 rounds) of boxing training and an #intense ab routine;

Saturday 23: 35mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins of strength training (back & biceps) including 9 sets of pull-ups/chin-ups and 10mins stretching;

Sunday 24: 33 mins of of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (legs & shoulders), 10mins of stretching.
