Monday 25: 34mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill; 30mins of strength training (back & biceps); 10mins stretching and then a quick change and 90 plus mins (25 rounds of jump rope)

Tuesday 26: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill; 30mins of strength training (legs & shoulders); 10mins stretching.

Wednesday 27: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill (4.50 miles total); 30mins of strength training (chest & triceps); 10mins stretching then quick change & 135mins (35 rounds) of boxing training & an intense ab routine including 100 straight reps of hanging leg and raises.

Thursday 28: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill; 30mins of strength training; 10mins stretching.

Friday 01: 32mins HIIT cardio on treadmill; 30mins of strength training (legs & shoulders); 10mins stretching then quick change & 140mins (36 rounds) of boxing #training.

Saturday 02: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill; 30mins strength training (chest & triceps); 10mins stretching.

Sunday 03: 32mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill (4 miles@29:15); 30mins of strength training (back & biceps); 10mins stretching.
