Monday: 30mins HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (legs and shoulders), 10mins of stretching then a quick change 135mins (37 rounds) of boxing;

Tuesday: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (chest and triceps), 10mins of stretching;

Wednesday: 30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (back and biceps), 10mins of stretching then a quick change and 130mins (36 rounds) of boxing;

Thursday: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (chest and triceps), 10mins of stretching;

Friday: 30mins of #HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (back and biceps), 10mins of stretching;

Saturday: 33mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training, 10mins of stretching;

Sunday: 32mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (chest and triceps), 10mins of stretching.
