Tuesday: “30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (back and biceps), 10mins of stretching”

Wednesday: “30mins HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (legs and shoulders), 10mins stretching then a quick change 120mins (30 rounds) of boxing, training and an intense ab workout”

Thursday: “30mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (chest and triceps), 10mins of stretching”

Friday: “28mins of HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training (back and biceps), 10mins stretching then a quick change and 120mins (34 rounds) of boxing #training @SolBox_FC and a tough ab routine!”

Saturday: “30mins of #HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training(legs&shoulders), 10mins #Stretching”

Sunday: “30mins of #HIIT cardio on treadmill, 30mins strength training(chest&triceps), 10mins #Stretching”
